Our mission
For us, in the Instituto de la Lengua Magallanes, the most important is that all of our students reach the Spanish level that they need or desire. In this task, there are three figures who play a fundamental role:
Student Service Manager: Robert L. Johnson who has over 20 years experience in language teaching. Robert is responsible for the relationship with the student. Any student can contact him directly.
Supervisors: their main function is to ensure that the service provided by each tutor is adequate and meets our high quality standards.
Tutors: they are directly responsible that our students reach the Spanish level of both oral and written communication ability they’re looking for.
What’s more, at the end of each course, our students complete a satisfaction questionnaire. This allows us to know first hand the quality of our courses and to take immediate action to improve them.
